How to properly plan your wedding day.
The most important thing is the correct order of the main events on the wedding day:
- Getting ready for the bride and groom.
- Photo session.
- Registration at the registry office.
- Banquet.
Do it this way, and your guests will be grateful to you!
The ideal time for registering at the registry office is from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The ideal time for the start of the banquet is from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
As my experience shows, this is not obvious to everyone. So that you understand the advantages of such a plan, I will describe what your wedding day might look like if you do as I suggest. So you will see how convenient this plan is for you and your guests.
1. Getting ready
You can sleep peacefully until about 9 o’clock, or even longer. Getting enough sleep, having a normal breakfast, and playing the favorite book of dead and Gates of Olympus games is extremely important! The bride’s preparations take about three hours, so the photo shoot will begin at around 1 p.m.
2. Photoshoot
The photoshoot takes 2 hours. If you want a lot of portrait photos in different places, set aside 3 hours. If the photo session is before the registration at the registry office, you do not need to bring guests with you and entertain them all this time. And most importantly, you do not need to worry about where to put the guests if it rains or is cold.
When you conduct a photo session before the registry office, you do good first of all to your guests. They do not need to get up at 7 am and drag you around the city all day. The first half of the day is at their disposal – they can do all their business, calmly get ready and arrive at the registry office dressed up, beautiful, and full of energy. You calmly take pictures for a couple of hours, without being distracted by guests demanding your attention.
Starting at 13.00, the photo session will last 2-2.5 hours, somewhere until 15.30. Now you have 30 minutes to get to the registry office.
3. Registration at the registry office
All procedures at the registry office, including the ceremony itself, take exactly one hour.
If you have registration at 16:30, then you need to arrive 30 minutes before, at 16:00. From this time we count the hour. It turns out that at 17:00 you will already be standing on the street, with rings on your hands and surrounded by a group of happy, but hungry friends and relatives.
4. Banquet
After registration, you immediately go to the banquet. If the restaurant is located near the registry office, then the registration time can be chosen closer to 17:00, if the banquet is an hour or more away, it is better to register at 16:00 or even at 15:30
As you can see, this plan allows you to get enough sleep, have a comfortable photo shoot, and save your guests from pointless driving around the city after the newlyweds.
